It's no problem with this cutting-edge Rapido shower frame with integrated waste water heat recovery system (two heat exchanger pipes) for our modern concealed shower systems. Thanks to the innovative heat recovery technology, the hot water you have already showered with is reused to heat the water that comes from the cold water supply. It goes without saying that waste water and fresh water do not come into contact with each other. This smart and sustainable system significantly reduces energy consumption, which also means lower carbon emissions. Compared to similar exposed systems, this sophisticated set for concealed installation gives you complete freedom of choice to find the GROHE shower that suits you best. This makes it easy to achieve a consistent aesthetic down to the last detail and enjoy user- and eco-friendly functionality. The powder-coated, self-supporting frame is completely pre-assembled. The all-in-one package comes with wall outlets for hand and head shower*, insulated mixed water pipes and the GROHE Rapido SmartBox universal rough-in box with 2 bottom inlets (for 2-function GROHE trim sets), all pre-mounted – and is a perfect fit for our separately sold Grohtherm concealed shower systems 1039950000 and 1039960000. Mounting is straightforward and hassle-free and designed for on-the-wall installation or dry-cladding**. Installation depth from rough wall to frame front is minimum 157mm, while from rough wall to end finish it’s variable from 182mm to 197mm. And the revision door is 25mm thick – double plasterboard required. For customisation the height of the head shower outlet is adjustable by 180mm.
